One of our strengths is our capability for 3D Printing and Rapid Prototype development. We have a Raise 3D Pro2 Plus and Markforged Mark 2. We also do 3D scanning using our EinScan.

Manufacturing Solutions Center can help! We build test fixtures, replacement parts and equipment for our internal use as well as assist our incubator companies and external customers with special projects, prototyping and fabrication. Our specialized equipment allows us to better serve our customers.

3D Printers:

• Markforged Mark II - nylon printer, dual extrusion with the capability of reinforcing parts with fiberglass or carbon fiber, and a build volume of 6”x 8”x 6”
• Pro 2 Plus - dual extrusion printer with multiple material options, and a large build volume of 12”x 12”x 24”

Wood Working Tools

• Miter saw, band saw, drill press, table saw, 4x6 CNC router, and various hand tools

Metal Fabricating Tools

• Welders, plasma cutter, mill, and lathe
