"My experience with the entire team at MSC has been positive from my first phone call to MSC back in early 2009. I can honestly say that if it wasn't for MSC and their experience and connections, Bootights® would just be a figment of my imagination. MSC was responsible for creating my first prototype and offering guidance on yarns, performance needs and local resources to help me take the idea to market. They connected me with the mills that would be the right fit for my unique concept as well as provided packaging and logistics contacts to get me started. They even offered the services of Bai Lor to create my website and ongoing maintenance to best showcase my product and press coverage.

I took Hosiery 101/102 from MSC and learned an incredible amount in a short time as well felt inspired by their passion for the North Carolina Knitting industry. They even connected me with the North Carolina Dept. of Commerce who helped me navigate the often confusing international marketplace.

Jodi and her team helped me to create the correct sizing chart for a product that has never been produced before as well as provided, for a reasonable fee, the testing I needed for major accounts such as QVC, HSN and Brooks Bros. with very quick turnaround.

I truly believe that I would not be in business unless I stumbled on The Hosiery Tech Center Hosiery Glossary from Google and found MSC. They have been so generous with their time and have encouraged a novice like me to pursue my idea and follow my dreams. Now, Oprah called Bootights revolutionary and Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Von Maur, Dillards and Zappos and many more agree. I truly owe a great deal to Dan and the entire MSC family."
